We value low clinician turnover in a stable, high performing working environment and excellent clinical work. Our current clinical teams are longstanding, many from opening date of our other sites which started squat.
We are currently fitting out a high end squat practice in the heart Liverpool One with a planned opening of December This is to compliment our existing practices in Yorkshire and will be fit out in the same style. As such we have various positions available (Part and full time, we're pretty flexible at this stage).
What we offer
- Exceptional earning potential, many existing cosmetic associates at our current sites take home after split/deductions if working full time is £400-500k+ with some dentists FTE earnings around £900k-1m (Implantologists/orthodontists)
- Full time dedicated in house sales, marketing, bookings, concierge, TCO teams to maximise treatment plan conversion.
- A multi 7 figure annual marketing budget across sites to ensure full diaries (we operate off new patients, minimal if any recalls/plan patients)
- Clinical freedom with your appointment times & materials to provide gold standard service and results to your patients
- Excellent value lab bills with access to our house lab and team at our flagship site in Leeds and Apex Invisalign pricing.
What are are looking for
Must have excellent chair side manner, communication skills and a portfolio of high quality cases is essential in your special interest/speciality.
