Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar team and elevate the guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional service, and uphold food safety standards. Your leadership will inspire a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable moments through expertly crafted drinks and hospitality.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager ready for their next step
- Passionate and knowledgeable about cocktails, spirits and hospitality
- A natural leader who knows how to inspire and develop a team
- Commercially aware and confident managing costs and stock
- Calm, organised and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally charismatic, personable and guest-focused
- Committed to delivering exceptional standards every day
Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or premium bar environment is highly desirable.
