Title: Conveyancing Paralegal — South Manchester
Salary: £25,000–£29,000
Location: South Manchester — fully office-based
Conveyancing Paralegal, South Manchester. £25,000–£29,000. Build your residential property experience supporting fee earners with live transactions, contracts and post-completion work.
Got some conveyancing experience under your belt and ready to build on it?
With just six months’ residential conveyancing experience required, this role could be a strong next move if you’re ready to broaden your practical knowledge and get more involved in live property transactions.
You’ll work alongside fee earners and support their cases across areas including contracts, post-completion and transaction administration. You won’t have your own fee-earning caseload, giving you the opportunity to develop broader hands-on conveyancing experience while supporting live matters.
What’s different about this role
- Take the next step from your initial conveyancing experience — you only need six months’ experience, making this accessible if you’re still relatively early in your residential property career.
- Get more exposure to live transactions — you’ll support fee earners on their cases rather than being limited to general office administration.
- Broaden your practical knowledge — involvement with contracts, post-completion and transaction administration gives you experience across different stages of the conveyancing process.
- Develop without immediately carrying a caseload — you can build your knowledge of how matters progress without being expected to take responsibility for your own fee-earning files.
