Perfect Group is one of the UK's leading relocation, removals and storage providers, and we're looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to lead, grow, and develop our Exeter operation. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a branch, shape its future, and make a real impact within a growing national business.
As a smaller branch, this isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk all day. We're looking for a leader who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation, supporting teams on-site, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every customer receives the exceptional service Perfect Group is known for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
- Taking ownership of the overall performance and growth of the Exeter branch.
- Working closely with operational teams across the Group to ensure removals and storage jobs are effectively planned, resourced, and delivered.
- Leading from the front by remaining actively involved in removals operations and supporting teams on-site when required.
- Building, developing, and retaining a high-performing workforce through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Partnering with HR and Recruitment teams to attract and onboard great people.
- Managing branch performance against key business objectives and KPI targets.
- Developing efficient workflows, improving productivity, and ensuring resources are effectively utilised.
- Maintaining compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements, and industry standards.
- Representing the Perfect Group brand professionally and consistently across all branch activities.
- Creating a positive culture where employees can develop, progress, and thrive.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven leadership experience within removals, logistics, transport, or a similar operational environment.
- A hands-on approach with the willingness to support operational teams when needed.
- Strong people management skills with a passion for developing and motivating others.
