We are seeking an organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role that combines bookkeeping responsibilities with general office administration where required. This role would be working between our 2 offices both based in Keighley
Responsibilities :
- Raise and issue accurate sales invoices using Xero
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
- Retreive supplier invoices and bills from company email accounts
- Upload , process and accurately code supplier bills using Dext
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous bookkeeping and administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
