Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team in the UK. This role is vital in ensuring accurate medication dispensing and providing excellent patient support, aligning with our commitment to high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions and company protocols.
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and labeling prescriptions.
- Provide compassionate support and advice to patients regarding their medications.
- Maintain precise records of dispensed medications and patient interactions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Support the pharmacy team in daily operations to enhance patient care quality.
- Qualifications
- Proven pharmacy technician experience or relevant background.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures.
- Strong commitment to patient care and confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for delivering high standards of service in a healthcare setting.

Job Particulars:
- 2-6pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Possible Overtime when required
- Training to Dispenser if qualification not achieved
- BH Allowance
- 4 Weeks pro rota Annual Leave
Pay: £12.71-£12.90 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glasgow G42 9XL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
