Job Overview
QDC are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team. We are a leading UK Microsoft partner specialising in Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions, primarily built on Microsoft's Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing application support to customers, including managing the entire incidents' lifecycle from logging, triaging and investigating, all the way through to resolution
- Acting as a point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support on the use of applications
- Monitoring platform performance and proactively identifying potential issues
- Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to support application enhancements and fixes
- Create and maintain clear documentation for support processes including known issues and fixes
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and user experience

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
