Event Sales Executive

Framework Media runs a series of market leading B2B events across the UK, in some of the countries best event spaces.
We’re looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Event Sales Executive, particularly supporting the growth of our marketingSHOWCASE and financeSHOWCASE events.
This is not a typical desk-only sales role, you’ll be involved in both the outreach that drives our events and the delivery of them on-site.
The Role
Your primary focus will be generating conversations with relevant businesses and booking qualified meetings for our Event Director.
This will involve:
- Outbound calls and emails to targeted prospects
- Identifying decision-makers and understanding their relevance to our events
- Booking meetings with potential exhibitors and sponsors
- Managing and updating data within our CRM system (Hubspot)
- Following up on leads from campaigns and previous events
- On-Site supporting the delivery of live events across the UK (up to 12 per year)
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous sales experience (whist advantageous), but you do need:
- Confidence speaking on the phone
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Resilience and a positive mindset
- Pride in delivering a good customer experience
What You’ll Get
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
