We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to join our small production and fulfilment team.
This is not a traditional warehouse picking role. Our operation is more similar to a retail back-of-house or small production environment, where attention to detail, organisation, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Working as part of a small team, you will be involved in a variety of day-to-day tasks including garment preparation, printing, stock handling, quality control, and order fulfilment. No two days are exactly the same, so flexibility and a positive attitude are important.
Key Responsibilities
- Printing and preparing garments accurately and efficiently for customer orders.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Stock control, stock handling, and inventory organisation.
- Processing returned items and carrying out quality control checks.
- Manual handling, including lifting and moving boxes of stock within safe working limits.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient working environment.
- Supporting the wider team with general production and fulfilment tasks as required.
Garment Printing & Production
A significant part of this role involves operating garment printing equipment and preparing products for dispatch. Previous printing or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning practical production processes, following procedures accurately, and maintaining high quality standards. Attention to detail is particularly important, as you will be responsible for ensuring products are printed, checked, and prepared correctly before they are sent to customers.

Hours may vary slightly to meet the needs of the business during busy periods.
