Part time cook/Kitchen assistant required to assist in small but very busy coffee shop.
Some duties include-
-Preparing dishes for sit in and take away
- Follow prep list
-maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
- phoning in orders
- updating temp sheets
Must have previous experience in a similar role and be confident working alone in chefs absence.
2/3 day days per week, holiday cover and shifts front of house also available.
