An established, design-led property developer is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead a portfolio of residential schemes across London.
This is a full-lifecycle role covering planning, design, procurement and construction through to completion. Working within a small, highly capable team, you will have genuine ownership of your projects and significant exposure to senior decision-makers.
You will be responsible for:
Leading residential developments from planning through to handover
Managing budgets, programmes, risk and quality
Appointing and overseeing consultants and contractors
Providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders
We are looking for an experienced client-side Development Manager with a strong track record across complex London residential projects. You will be commercially astute, organised and confident operating independently within a lean team.
This would particularly suit someone from a larger residential developer seeking greater autonomy and influence.
Hybrid working: approximately 60% office-based.
