It is not essential to have experience in every area listed above. We understand that complex care requires specialist knowledge, and we are committed to supporting the right candidate through training, guidance, and upskilling.
What matters most is your attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and genuine desire to make a positive difference.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be:
- Experienced in complex care, high-dependency care, or supporting individuals with significant care needs.
- Calm, patient, observant, and proactive in your approach.

- Comfortable supporting individuals with communication, sensory, behavioural, and physical needs.
- Able to build trusting relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Committed to delivering consistent, respectful, and person-centred care.
- Reliable, professional, compassionate, and willing to learn.
- A strong team player who understands the importance of communication and continuity of care.
