We are looking for aCatering Assistant to join our team at one of our busy college catering contracts.
The Role
- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Term-time only
- Holidays in line with the college calendar
As a Catering Assistant, you'll play an important role in providing a high-quality food service to students, staff, and visitors, helping to create a welcoming dining environment across the college campus.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
- A team player with good customer service skills
- Previous catering or hospitality experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- A current Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable, or a willingness to work towards one
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with food preparation and service
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Supporting the catering team during busy service periods
- Helping to ensure a positive dining experience for all customers
