Summary
Do you want to work in a unique SEN school where your support will make a real difference to pupils lives and ambitions for their future?
We are looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic and forward-thinking teaching assistant to work with all our pupils. The contract will be a variable hours contract, minimum 16 hours to a maximum of 37, starting at 31.75hrs per week.
Good communication skills are crucial in liaising with students, staff, parents/guardians, and professionals.
The successful candidate must demonstrate effective use of behaviour management strategies and be able to work using their own initiative while following policies and procedures.
The successful candidate must be confident in team teach and be strong at de-escalation strategies.
This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
- NVQ level 2 or above qualification appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
