We are looking for a Painter / Mould Wash operative to work on domestic properties within Social Housing , you must have the experience listed below.
Painter responsibilities include:
Perform general painting work to a high standard, ensuring minimal supervision is required.
Carry out chemical fungicidal mould wash treatments
Take ownership of assigned tasks
- Evaluate surfaces for necessary repairs or treatments and execute appropriate preparation steps to ensure durable, high-quality finishes.

Essential criteria:
- Painting / decorating experience
Desirable
- Experience working in the social housing sector
- Experience working on damp and mould properties
Salary: £39,800 - £44,000
