Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate second-year student nurse to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses with patient care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
- Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to supervising nurses promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information and care provided
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure holistic care delivery
- Help organise daily schedules and ensure that clinical routines are followed efficiently
- Utilise IT systems to record data, update records, and manage patient information securely
Skills
- Basic knowledge of nursing principles and practices gained through academic coursework
- Ability to develop and follow care plans with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with patients and team members
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to healthcare settings for documentation and data management
