Our Springfield Care Home is seeking an experienced Team Leader, who is qualified to NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care, to join our Night team.
You will provide leadership to a team of HCA’s delivering person centred care to our residents, ensuring that all care provided is delivered efficiently to the highest standard.
The role will be responsible for care planning, managing emergency situations, medication, liaising with healthcare professionals and families.

We have a 36 hour per week contract available, over 3 nights, which will include alternate weekend working.
Hourly rate of pay from £13.91 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
