We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Cleaner / Housekeeper to support a busy but welcoming working family in the M7 area. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent, regular hours each week who takes genuine pride in keeping a family home clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Shift Pattern & Hours:
- Frequency: 3 to 5 visits per week (flexible exact days/times to be agreed with the right candidate).
- Additional Hours: Beyond your core regular shifts, extra hours are frequently available for deep cleans and end-of-tenancy jobs if you want them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough general cleaning across all living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and keep bedrooms fresh and tidy.
- Take care of daily kitchen upkeep, including loading/unloading the dishwasher, washing dishes, and wiping down surfaces.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitise high-touch surfaces throughout the home.
- Keep cleaning supplies organized and let the family know when products need restocking.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and care while respecting the family’s home and routine.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependability & Discretion: Punctual, honest, and comfortable working around a busy household.
- Domestic Experience: Strong attention to detail with proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping.
- Good Communication: Proficient English to discuss priorities, follow instructions, and keep in touch easily.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, manage your time well, and spot what needs doing without needing constant direction.
