Registered Manager – Supported Living (Complex Needs)

This opportunity would make the ideal next step for a Registered Manager with experience in mental health and supported living. You will be motivated to focus on quality and achieving a good CQC rating. The home is part of a local care provider who offer Supported Living for those with mental health issues, learning disability and autism. The services are easily accessible from major transport routes and via public transport.

What you'll do: Day to day running of the services, supporting the team in care matters, provide excellent support and care, proactively seeking new residents, managing operational and financial controls, managing staff, managing financial controls, managing the work environment, maintaining audits, meeting requirements of the organisation and regulating bodies.
What you'll bring:
NVQ 4/5 qualification
Hands-on, operational role mindset (not desk-based)
5+ years supported living experience
Strong background in managing complex behaviours and high-dependency service users
CQC Registered Manager experience
Proven ability to build and stabilise teams
Good general secondary education to GCSE or equivalent is desirable.
Strong, supportive and clear leadership skills, team working skills and staff management experience.
Excellent understanding of Mental Capacity Act and Best Interest Decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills i.e. must be able to complete detailed reports and implement detailed procedures.
Excellent organisational skills.
Must be flexible and be able to prioritise work.
The ideal candidate must currently hold a Managers position alongside possessing a strong background in health and social care, including live In Care and Supported Living.
