We're looking for reliable, motivated Self-Employed Courier Drivers to join our team delivering parcels across Newbury and the surrounding areas.
Whether you're an experienced multi-drop driver or looking to start a rewarding career in logistics, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. If you enjoy working independently, managing your own day, and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver parcels safely and efficiently on a planned local route.
- Load your vehicle and organise parcels for efficient deliveries.
- Plan your route to maximise productivity while meeting delivery schedules.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks.
- Follow all road traffic laws and company procedures.
- Use delivery apps and handheld devices to complete deliveries accurately.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK/EU driving licence with a good driving record.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry parcels when required.
- Previous courier, delivery, van driving or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
