We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and hard-working Shop & Branding Assistant to join our busy team in Leicester. This is a varied, hands-on role covering customer service in the shop, order processing, picking and packing, and general support for our embroidery and printing departments.
The ideal person will have a positive, can-do attitude, be prepared for hard work, and be happy to support different areas of the business as needed. Full training can be provided for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Serving customers in the shop in a friendly and helpful manner.
· Assisting customers with product enquiries, sizing, ordering and general advice.
· Processing customer orders accurately.
· Picking, packing and preparing orders for collection, delivery or production.
· Helping to keep the shop, stock areas and workspaces tidy and organised.
· Supporting the embroidery department with garment preparation, finishing, checking and packing.
· Supporting the printing department with preparation, finishing, packing and general production tasks.
· Receiving deliveries, unpacking stock and putting items away correctly.
· Checking orders carefully to help maintain quality and accuracy.
· Working with colleagues across the shop, warehouse and production areas to help complete orders on time.

Experience That Would Help
· Previous experience in retail, customer service, warehouse, production or order fulfilment.
· Experience with clothing, workwear, school wear, sportswear or branded garments, preferable but not essential.
· Basic computer skills for entering and checking order information.
· Experience in embroidery, printing or garment decoration would be useful, but is not essential.
