Education & Experience:
Educated to GCSE English & Maths.
Experience in a previous Customer Service/ Administration role is desirable but not essential.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence — emails, letters, and phone calls
- Recording and managing invoices, incoming payments, and accounts
- Scheduling deliveries
- Assisting with reports and other documents as needed
- Monitoring and updating stock levels
- Manual Handling
