You will be working in the Cementation OU based in Leavesden (Hertfordshire) in where we are a trusted leader in piling and ground engineering. Our breadth of expertise spans every aspect of geotechnical engineering – from micro-piling to diaphragm walls – enabling us to deliver innovative solutions for the most complex challenges.
We are currently looking for a Business Stream Director who will will identify, price, promote and deliver all Cementation Skanska products to the external market. They will represent the Business Stream external opportunities for Cementation Skanska at strategic and operational levels.
As the Business Stream Director, you will:

Ensure the Company and legislative Environmental, Health and Safety standards are met.

Develop a clear three-year rolling business plan for the Business Stream that aligns with the Company aspiration.

Manage and lead a team of Managers and staff within the Business Stream.

Facilitate the management of employee relations within the team, coordinating processing of investigatory and disciplinary matters.

Ensure adequate human resources to undertake the work of the Business Stream.

Ensure all enquiries and tenders are undertaken in accordance with the Skanska/Cementation governance processes.

Will be required to lead Preconstruction and Business Development responsibilities in securing new opportunities in existing and new markets, with an additional focus on identifying, securing and delivering combined offering works as part of the piling and ground engineering offerings.

Knowledge and understanding of Geotechnical engineering and piling disciplines.
