Activities Co-ordinator
We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and creative Activities Co-ordinator to join our friendly team at Heathside & The Mews Care Homes.
In this rewarding role, you'll help create enjoyable and meaningful experiences for older people, including those living with dementia. From arts and crafts and music sessions to games, gentle exercise, celebrations and community outings, you'll support residents to stay active, connected and engaged.
No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by planning activities that reflect each resident's interests, abilities and life experiences.
- £12.71 per hour
- Permanent contract – 30 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 10:00am–4:00pm (flexible working hours can be discussed)
- £250 Welcome Bonus

- A caring, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Creativity and confidence to lead group and one-to-one activities.
- An interest in working with elderly people and people living with dementia.
- Previous experience in a care or activities role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
