We are seeking a proactive and organised administrator to support the delivery of student mobility programmes across the Global Office. This role involves providing front-line advice to students and applicants on study and work abroad opportunities, responding to enquiries, and liaising with key stakeholders including academic Schools, partner institutions, and Professional Services.
You will support the smooth operation of mobility processes by handling applications and documentation, maintaining accurate records across University systems (including SITS), and assisting with scholarship administration. The role also includes contributing to communications such as emails, templates, social media content, and partner newsletters.
Working closely with Global Office colleagues, you will assist with projects, events, summer programmes, and partner engagement activities. You will also contribute to cross-team working, take part in training and development, and support colleagues through sharing knowledge of systems and processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in international student mobility to contribute to a busy and collaborative team.
