Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently using our scheduling system, accommodating special requests when possible.
- Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects the tranquil ambiance of the spa.
- Provide multilingual or bilingual support to cater to diverse guest needs, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with therapists and staff to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of spa or wellness services is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
- Experience working in a multilingual environment or with diverse clientele is desirable.
