General Practice or Primary care experience Experience / good knowledge using Systmone clinical system
Reporting to the GP Partners and Business Manager, you will help ensure the effective day-to-day management of the Practice. This includes supporting the delivery of contractual obligations to NHS England (NHSE) and maintaining compliance with Health and Safety requirements, Information Governance standards, employment legislation, and Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations.

Main duties of the job
Working closely with the Business Manager and GP Partner, you will support the efficient operation of the Practice and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing oversight and support for HR processes, staff training, and people management.
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Information Governance, CQC requirements, and other statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Acting as a key point of contact for patient communications and engagement with the Patient Participation Group (PPG).
- Managing and responding to patient feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Supporting workforce planning, rota management, and staff scheduling.
- Assisting staff with IT systems, digital developments, and practice-wide change initiatives.
- Supporting the ongoing development and improvement of Practice services.

Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs), Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), supported by a growing range of specialist roles including a Diabetes Specialist Nurse, Physiotherapist, MSK Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacists, Care Coordinator, and Social Prescriber.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
