Challenge Products LTD are seeking to employ an experienced Goods in/despatch Inspector within their busy workshop based at their premises in Oldmeldrum.
This position will manage the receipt of all incoming materials and in addition, prepare orders for despatch, with particular attention paid to ensuring all items are packaged in a safe and suitable manner according to customer requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring materials are receipted correctly using in house computer system and stored and distributed safely
- Preparing orders for despatch
- Using in house computer system for receipting/despatch of items
- Dimensional check on raw materials
- Assisting with annual stock take
- Keeping work areas safe and orderly at all times
- Weekly stock take of packaging materials
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be computer literate
- Good communications skills, both verbally and written
- Experience of operating in a fast paced environment in addition to meeting tight customer deadlines
- Experience of working within a busy workshop
- Knowledge of manufacturing drawings

Pay: £18,532.00-£30,000.00 per year
