We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Pharmacist, to join our friendly and supportive GP practice team, on a long-term locum basis.
Position Details
Role: Pharmacist
Hours: 18-20 per week
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Support
Conduct review appointments in CDM.
Medication Management
Provide advice on medications to patients and staff, reducing GP workload.
Act as the first point of contact for medication-related queries.
Administrative Support & Training
Check and action discharge letters and other documents containing prescription requests
Professional Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local and national prescribing guidelines.
Who we’re looking for:
A qualified prescriber with clinical experience in primary care/community pharmacy.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
