What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensuring the safety and security of staff and customers at licensed venues
- Performing ID and bag checks while greeting guests with professionalism
- Managing venue entry queues and maintaining occupancy levels
- Monitoring behaviour and de-escalating potential conflict calmly and effectively
- Working alongside venue management and emergency services when required
- Completing detailed and timely incident reports
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor License (essential)
- Must be able to make own way to the work location in Goole Town Centre via own transport or live locally
- Must be available to work on Friday and Saturday between 9.30pm and 2.30am
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player attitude
- Right to work in the UK
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Experience in nightlife, hospitality security or related field
