Opinion Research Services (ORS) are a Swansea based Social Research organisation that work on behalf of several Local Governments, County Councils, Police Forces, Health and Fire services.
We are looking for new telephone interviewers to come and join the team, working with us in providing the public with a voice.
Shifts are primarily afternoons, evenings and weekends, with occasional morning shifts available. Extensive training will be provided from our main office in Swansea City Centre. We expect work to continue from the office for the duration of the work offered.
This is a temporary, role is casual work, so you choose when to work.
If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend an interview which will be held from W/C 24th August 2026 at our Swansea office. Successful applicants following the interview process will be expected to start from W/C 31st August
Pay is Hourly National Minimum Wage to start with. We also offer performance bonuses.
