We’re looking for a friendly, confident Front of House team member to join us at our relaxed fine-dining restaurant in the heart of Norwich. If you enjoy customer-facing roles, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and like being part of a small, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests, helping them feel at ease from the moment they arrive
- Serve food and drinks with care and attention
- Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and running smoothly
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Support with drinks service when needed
- Work closely with the team to keep service flowing, especially during busy shifts
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or catering
- Understanding of basic food safety and good working habits
- Experience in restaurants or as a bartender is preferred
- Good communication skills and a calm, friendly approach
- Able to multitask and stay organised during busy periods
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to give guests a great experience
- Flexibility to work peak hours, primarily on weekends
