About the Restaurant
This fresh-food concept celebrates the vibrant flavours of Vietnamese cuisine, serving everything from fragrant noodle dishes and rich curries to fresh salads, handmade rolls and wok-fried specialities.
Previous Vietnamese cooking experience is not essential. What's far more important is strong all-round culinary expertise, a passion for fresh food, and the ability to lead a high-performing kitchen team. Full menu and concept training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for chefs from a variety of fresh-food backgrounds.
The Role
As Head Chef, you'll lead a talented kitchen team, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational standards, and team development. You'll be hands-on in service, support your chefs on every station, and drive a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
We're Looking For
- A current Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready to step up
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
- Strong fresh-food background
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing kitchen teams
- Excellent food safety and compliance knowledge
- Strong stock control and ordering experience
- A hands-on approach and positive leadership style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
