(Actual salary: £9,640.80 - £10,375.60 per annum)
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate ESOL Personal Progression Coach to support learners in achieving their personal, educational and employment goals. Working closely with ESOL students, teaching staff and external partners, you will provide coaching, guidance and practical support to help learners overcome barriers, build confidence and progress successfully through their learning journey.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience of supporting individuals in an education, training or community setting, and a genuine commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. An understanding of the challenges faced by ESOL learners and the ability to build positive relationships with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds is essential.
