A superb opportunity for a passionate chef to join our amazing team at The Metropolitan. We produce a high quality daytime and evening menu. We specialise in serving Modern British style plates.
We have created a beautiful independent neighbourhood restaurant, situated on Whiteladies Road
Our highly talented Head Chef is now looking to recruit an accomplished Chef to join his team. The position is for a mixture of day, evening and weekend work.
About you
You will be either an experienced CDP looking for your next step up, or an established Junior Sous, looking to fine tune their skills and to take on a new and exciting role.
You will have a genuine passion for food and our industry, with a desire to uphold the sustainable and ethical approach of the business.
You will be a team player and have great communication skills. You will also require a good understanding of Health & Safety.
