COMMERCIAL PLUMBING & HEATING ENGINEER/PLUMBER/SUBCONTRACTOR

THE PERSON FOR THIS JOB
We’re looking for a skilled and confident Plumbing & Heating Engineer and/or Plumber who thrives on team work, building great relationships with customers, solving problems and delivering an excellent service. You’ll bring your expertise in both plumbing and heating while supporting the growth of our business into the commercial sector.
This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership, is solution focused and confident in plumbing and heating. You will have good experience of working in domestic or commercial settings.
WORK IS VARIED BUT CAN INCLUDE:
- Assisting with refurbishment, fit out work and planned and reactive maintenance.
- Installing and repairing plumbing and heating systems.
- Assisting with installing boilers, radiators and general plumbing installations to help other team members.
- Troubleshooting central heating and plumbing issues.
- Keeping job progress up to date using our software and liaising with the office team.
- Providing an excellent customer experience with our companies values in mind and ensuring every job is completed to a high standard.
THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON WILL
- Hold their Domestic Gas Qualifications (ACS) and an NVQ Level 2 or higher in Plumbing & Heating.
- Commercial ACS is advantageous but not essential
- Have at least 3 years of experience (5 years preferred) in plumbing and heating.
- Possess a CSCS card (or willing to carry out this test) and a clean, full UK driving licence.
- Willing to undertake a DBS check.
- Be organized, self-motivated, and take pride in their work.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and have a solution focused attitude.
