We are a growing flooring installation company looking for an organised, customer-focused Flooring Installation Coordinator to join our office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple projects, and communicating with customers, installers, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure flooring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate flooring installation appointments.
- Communicate with customers regarding project timelines, deliveries, and installation details.
- Coordinate daily schedules for installation crews.
- Order and track flooring materials and installation supplies.
- Work closely with sales staff, warehouse personnel, and installers to ensure projects are ready for installation.
- Prepare work orders, installation packets, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or material issues.
- Maintain accurate customer files and project records.
- Process change orders, warranty requests, and service calls.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist with general office administration and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, customer service, or office administration.
- Flooring, construction, or home improvement industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to learn company software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
