Market Lane Dental Care is an NHS Practice seeking an enthusiastic Individual to join our friendly team who will learn and undertake expectations and duties of a dental nurse, helping us provide the best standard of care to all our Patients. On completion of your course, you will receive a full GDC registration and a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Dental Nursing.
What will you learn:
- How to provide chair side assistance, supporting Dentists and Hygiene/Therapists for a variety of treatments.
- How to complete clinical notes and patient information on dental software.
- The decontamination process and all other aspects of infection control in line with the CQC regulations and HTM01-05.
- How to maintain dental equipment, including all testing required and insuring all the correct documents are kept up-to-date
- How to process digital radiographs.

You will be provided with annual medical emergency training at Market Lane Dental Care. You will also be trained in additional jobs in administration. Progression and Development is available throughout and after the apprenticeship.
Salary dependent on apprenticeship, with frequent reviews.
Pay: £7.55-£12.71 per hour
