Outdoor Instructor – Off Road Motorcycling & Additional Projects- Begin Off Road – Weston Park (TF11 8LE)
Hours: Weekends are crucial, with selected weekdays (approximately 3 days per week but flexible). Additional hours during school holidays available.
Begin Off Road delivers fun, confidence-building dirtbike experiences for children, families and adults at Weston Park.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic Outdoor Instructor to help deliver amazing experiences while also contributing to wider projects across the business.
Although the core role is instructing, we are especially interested in people with additional skills or interests including:
- Social media & content creation
- Photography/videography
- Motorcycle mechanics
- Outdoor education or alternative provision
- Events and customer experience
This is an active, outdoor role, perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, being outside and being part of a growing business.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and create a relaxed, friendly environment
- Teach beginners how to ride (no motorcycle licence required)
- Lead groups around the Weston Park Estate
- Support children, adults and families throughout their experience
- Help sessions run smoothly and safely
- Prepare bikes, helmets, gear and equipment
- Contribute ideas and support wider business projects
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident and approachable personality
- Excellent with customers — warm, patient and confident
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to other areas of the business
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Reliable and able to work weekends
- Confident riding off road (experience in motocross, trials, enduro or mountain biking)
- Comfortable using basic tech/computer systems
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence or reliable transport to site
- Physically fit and happy working outdoors
- Experience working with the public, families or children
- Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check (arranged by us)
- Off road riding experience (motorcycles or mountain bikes)

Recruitment Process

This practical session includes an off-road ride and an introduction to the customer experience journey.
