About the role
Perform scheduled maintenance visits and corrective repairs, as directed, on medical devices.
Perform warranty repairs, as directed, on medical devices.
Perform installation and commissioning activities, as directed, on medical devices.
Perform technical corrective actions, as directed, on medical devices.
Complete required company documentation, such as electronic test procedures, as necessary.
Provide feedback of the quality situation and any issues from field to the Service Management
Team via regular meetings within local team.
Work within the processes of Draeger’s quality system & work instructions.
Track installed base accuracy and report variances to Service Support Team.
Provide support to sales for replacement / special sales programs.
Provide support to sales and marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos,
workshops, etc.
Provide support to sales to develop contracts and assist in achievement of business goals.
Maintain company assets such as laptops etc. & tools in accordance with company guidelines.

Manager - Regional Service Manager
Size of team/environment - Size of team/environment - Close area team of 6 engineers working within a larger region of 21 multi-disciplinary engineers across the North of England.
Opportunities to work in and with a variety of interesting industries, completing challenges and tasks to support colleagues and customers providing an expected high level of service.

Related Experience
Previous relevant experience, typically gained over a period of two years or more, is ideal.
Applicants for the position should have proven experience over a wide range of capital equipment & systems. Ideally with experience of medical or safety related devices and background.
Able to deliver a high level of customer care and develop long standing customer relationships.
Ability to organise and prioritise to meet a wide range of diverse & demanding activities.
Be reliable, honest & trustworthy and act as an ambassador for the company at all times.
