Salary: £24 per hour (£120 per day for 5 hours)

About the Role
We are looking for two Teaching Leads (Senior Site Managers) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Saturday School provision across our Birmingham centres. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational professional who thrives in leadership, safeguarding, operational management, team development, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
As the senior person on-site, you will assume full responsibility for the safe, effective, and successful running of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of education, safeguarding, student wellbeing, customer service, and operational excellence.
You will also support the school's continued growth through effective management of trial students, admissions processes, attendance, retention and parent engagement.
This role requires attendance on-site every Saturday and includes administrative, reporting and quality assurance responsibilities.
Your attendance on-site every Saturday will be from 09:40am – 2:40pm to support trial operations and maintain visibility within the admissions process. There are some remote administrative responsibilities duties during the week.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
· Lead the successful day-to-day delivery of Brainology's Saturday provision, ensuring high standards of education, safeguarding and customer experience.
· Manage, motivate and support staff to ensure effective programme delivery and continuous improvement.
· Act as the on-site Safeguarding Lead, promoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for all students.
· Oversee student admissions, trial sessions, attendance and parent engagement, supporting student retention and growth.
· Monitor quality, compliance and operational performance, ensuring all records and reporting are maintained accurately.
· Build positive relationships with students, families, staff and school partners, acting as the key point of contact on-site.
· Manage resources, facilities and operational processes to ensure sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
Essential Criteria
· Qualified teacher with experience working in an educational setting.
· Proven leadership and people management experience.
· Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
· Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
· Passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
