An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a growing and well-established litigation team. The successful candidate will inherit an existing caseload and handle a broad range of contentious matters while benefiting from strong support and career development opportunities.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload including:
- Civil Litigation
- Debt Recovery
- Contentious Probate & Trust Disputes
- Commercial & Residential Landlord & Tenant Matters
- Property Litigation
- Breach of Contract Claims
- Neighbour and Boundary Disputes
About You
- NQ Solicitor or above.
- Previous litigation experience is essential.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Able to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision.
- Proactive, organised, and commercially minded.
