Purpose of the role:
Working closely with the Lead Designer to an agreed weekly workflow plan, the Junior Graphic Designer is able to take concept direction and briefs to will be able provide relevant, commercially successful and on-brand graphic design solutions across digital and print media.
Responsibilities:

Develop engaging, commercial and on-brand designs for print collateral, including catalogues, in-store POS, direct mail and other designs. This includes developing the look and feel of layout and imagery whilst always keeping a close eye on detail and with the Crew customer in mind

Create assets for email, web, social media, YouTube, display and affiliate channels

Work with the wider creative team to translate marketing collateral to digital assets for online use (e.g. local marketing, blog posts, competitions, look books)

Ensure all digital assets are on brand, commercial and aligned with wider brand communications

Close attention to detail across artwork and imagery

Working cross functionally to assist design for seasonal creative campaigns suitable for all marketing channels which fit the brand position and creative strategy

Involvement in seasonal concepts and idea creation

Innovate to ensure the Crew Clothing brand experience continues to evolve and is presented in best way possible

Good knowledge of digital design; capable of designing email marketing communications along with website elements including homepages, category and promotional banners and article imagery

Prepare print ready files across POS, seasonal books and window displays

Able to present work to directors confidently and always being on top of timelines and deadlines
Key Skills and Experience

Experience in a similar role, preferably at a retail company or a creative degree

Knowledge of digital and print design

Able to demonstrate relevant professional experience

Ability to prioritise work schedule and work to tight deadlines

Manage a number of projects/responsibilities simultaneously

Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary

Strong attention to detail

Sound numerical and IT skills

Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Bridge. Would be highly beneficial to have knowledge of Figma, After Effects and Trello

Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
