We’re looking for a hardworking Powder Coat Operator to join our growing team at CCS. This is a hands-on role in a busy production environment working on bespoke vehicle conversions, fabricated parts, racking systems and specialist equipment.
The role is physically demanding, so you’ll need to be fit, motivated and happy working at pace while still keeping standards high.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing parts ready for powder coating
- Hanging components correctly
- Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensuring high-quality finishes on all products
- Carrying out quality checks before parts leave the department
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Working closely with fabrication and production teams to hit deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- Good attention to detail
- Pride in producing quality work
- Physically fit and able to handle a demanding workload
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Previous powder coating experience preferred, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
What we offer:
- Monday–Thursday 7am–4pm
- Friday 7am–3:30pm
- No weekends
- Overtime available when required
