Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Based from Falkirk but working at various sites across Scotland.
Salary: from £13.00ph
Job Type: Annualised Hours, Permanent.
This is a seasonal hour’s role, so applicants must be able to commit to the following working pattern:
- Summer: 48 hours per week
- Winter: 32 hours per week
- Hours are banked and paid as a consistent 40-hour week
- Any hours worked above 48 (summer) or 32 (winter) will be paid at overtime rates
Key Requirements:
- Willingness to work away from home (stopping out is essential)
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- PA1 and PA6 certifications – essential

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Falkirk, Scotland.
Role Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenance
- Safe use of equipment and machinery
- Application of pesticides in line with PA1/PA6 certification
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Working as part of a team and independently when required
