LDH Attachments are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of demolition, recycling and excavator attachments, and the sole UK distributors for Okada UK Distributor and Zijtveld UK Distributor products.
We are looking for a reliable and organised Parts Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied role involving warehouse operations, parts management, stock control, managing deliveries and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing and organising the warehouse and parts department.
· Receiving and checking incoming deliveries and allocating them in their designated location via software such as Xero.
· Picking, packing and preparing parts and attachments for dispatch.
· Maintaining accurate stock levels and carrying out regular stock takes.
· Identifying, locating and ordering hydraulic attachment parts and components.
· Assisting with cradle, bracket and attachment preparation.
· Using company software and systems, including Xero and Microsoft Office.
· Liaising with suppliers, customers and transport companies.
· Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised and safe.
· Assisting with loading and unloading attachments when required.
Essential Requirements
· Good knowledge of excavator attachments, demolition or recycling equipment.
· Understanding of hydraulic attachments and associated parts/components.
· Computer literate and confident using laptops, stock management systems and software packages.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Desirable Skills
· Experience with hydraulic breakers, selector grabs, timber grabs pulverisers or demolition attachments.
· Previous warehouse, parts advisor or stores experience.
· Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting/stock management software.\Forklift licence (beneficial but not essential).
