Key Responsibilities
- Manage software solution workflows, client support activity, and project coordination tasks
- Coordinate with developers, technical teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor project timelines, service quality, issue resolution, and operational reports
- Support software implementation, system updates, documentation, and workflow improvements
- Prepare reports, service summaries, meeting notes, and process recommendations
- Assist with team coordination, resource planning, and client communication
- Ensure software service activities follow company procedures, timelines, and client requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in software services, technology operations, IT support, digital solutions, project coordination, or client service delivery
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with developers, technical teams, business clients, or software platforms is an advantage

Pay: £52,000.00-£82,000.00 per year
