Job Purpose:
To ensure the safe, secure, and smooth operation of the football pitch facility, with primary responsibility for opening and closing the premises, maintaining security, and supporting users of the pitch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open the football pitch facility at scheduled times, ensuring all access points are secure and safe for entry.
- Close and lock the facility at the end of each session, ensuring all users have vacated the premises.
- Conduct routine checks of gates, fences, lighting, and surrounding areas to ensure site security.
- Monitor the pitch during use to prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, or unsafe behavior.
- Ensure all users adhere to facility rules and regulations.
- Report any incidents, damages, or maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter anti-social behaviour.
- Assist with basic customer queries and provide directions or support where needed.
- Keep accurate records of opening/closing times and any incidents during shifts.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in security or facility supervision preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage opening/closing procedures without supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Take reasonable care for the safety of yourself and others on site.
Additional Duties:
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by management to support the operation of the facility.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
