Digital Assistant

FW Hipkin Ltd is looking for a Digital Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll gain experience across website management, design, marketing and IT while working alongside experienced colleagues who will help you develop your skills.
We're not looking for someone who already knows everything. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, someone who learns quickly, follows instructions, takes pride in their work and enjoys finding better ways of doing things.

What You'll Be Doing
Your role will be varied and may include:
- Updating and maintaining our websites
- Creating graphics and digital content
- Editing product images and website content
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional material
- Designing brochures, flyers and other printed material
- Helping maintain company IT equipment and systems
- Supporting colleagues with everyday technology issues
- Assisting with digital projects and process improvements
- Learning new software and systems as the business evolves
Every week will be different, giving you the opportunity to continually develop new skills.
What We're Looking For
The right attitude is more important than extensive experience.
You'll ideally be someone who:
- Learns quickly and enjoys developing new skills
- Is confident and willing to ask questions
- Can follow instructions accurately
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is organised and reliable
- Enjoys solving problems
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Communicates well with colleagues
- Is comfortable using computers and technology every day
Experience That Would Be Useful
Whilst not essential, experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
- Basic web design or website editing
- Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar design software
- HTML and CSS
- WordPress or other content management systems
- Photography or image editing
- Social media content creation
- Microsoft 365
If you don't have experience in every area, don't worry. We're looking for potential rather than perfection.
