We’re looking for a passionate Grill Chef to join our team at The Bricklayers Arms in Bromley.
You’ll ideally have some previous grill or kitchen experience, but more importantly, you’ll be someone who takes pride in what they do, enjoys working as part of a team and loves great food.
We’re an independent, growing business with quality, integrity and great customer service at the heart of everything we do. The Bricklayers Arms is a welcoming, newly developed pub, and we’re looking for great people to help us make it a fantastic place to eat, drink and work.
Your role as a Grill Chef:
- Prepare and grill our burgers and other dishes to specification, every time
- Operate and maintain grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
- Monitor food temperatures to ensure food is cooked safely
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver food efficiently and consistently
- Keep your work areas, equipment and utensils clean and hygienic
- Help maintain the high standards we expect across the kitchen
